Please dial local access number or toll free access
1-800-260-8608 or 1-866-396-2759
(USA) or 1-866-889-9293 (Canada) and
enter your PIN# then:
   Add
DirecDial (Pinless) Feature (register up to 3 phone numbers)
- Press "90#" as the system prompts for the destination
number.
- Confirm when prompted.
 Remove
DirecDial Feature
- Dial access number from the phone number where DirecDial
is already set up.
- Press "91#" as the system prompts for the destination
number.
- Confirm when prompted.
 Transfer
Balance / Recharge Press "92#"as the system
prompts for the destination number. Enter the PIN number that
you would like to transfer the balance from; followed by the
"#" key. Confirm when prompted.
Note:
- Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers must
be valid. Expired cards will not be accepted.
- Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers must
be the same type of cards.
- Both the Balance Transfer "From" and "To" cards and PIN numbers
should not be "in-use" during the balance transfer process.
- Upon completion of the transfer, the expiration date of Transfer
"To" PIN will be extended for additional 6 months.
- The Transfer "From" PIN or card must be unused.
- The Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers cannot be
the same.
 Check
Remaining Balance
Press "93#" as system prompts for destination number, then
system will announce the remaining balance of your card.
 Use
Another Phone Card (at the phone number where DirecDial is already
set up)
- Dial access number from the phone number where DirecDial
is already set up.
- Press "98#" as the system prompts for the destination number.
- After that, you will be prompted to enter your PIN (other
card) number and then destination number.
Redial
the Previous Call Right after you've finished the
previous call, enter "99#" when you hear "Please enter
your destination number" and the system will automatically
redial the last number you called. |

When calling from a cell phone using a phone card, DO
NOT press "Send" or "Talk" key after
entering your destination phone number. We recommend our customers
to cancel international service with
your cellular phone or local phone carrier.
Calls terminating at wireless receivers may be charged a higher
price. Some schools' dormitory phone or office phone are identified
as payphone. Usually phone in hotel, motel, inn are identified
as payphone. |
